Questo hotel è davvero speciale, siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall'atmosfera unica che si respira. Ha mantenuto molti elementi vintage che donano grande personalità agli ambienti creando un fascino particolare che lo distingue dai classici hotel. Ogni dettaglio sembra riportare indietro nel tempo, senza però rinunciare al comfort e ai servizi di oggi. Le camere pulite, spaziose e accoglienti. Nel nostro bagno c'era sia la doccia che la vasca idromassaggio. La posizione è centrale, vicino alle terme e vicina all'uscita dell'autostrada. Colazione per tutti i gusti sia dolce che salata con una gran varietà di torte, cereali e yogurt. La differenza la fanno i proprietari davvero disponibili, gentili e appassionati al loro lavoro. Il cliente si sente coccolato e a proprio agio.

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Tuscany. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which left a good impression. However, the rooms are clearly in need of renovation – the furniture and amenities feel outdated, and overall comfort was average. Breakfast did not meet our expectations. The selection was limited and the quality of the food was mediocre. Also, the Wi-Fi in the rooms was very poor and practically unusable, which was a major downside. In summary, the hotel has potential, but it definitely needs investment to improve the level of comfort and service.
